QMax provides local solutions for local drilling needs in Drilling & Completion Fluids, Solids Control & Waste Management, Wellbore Cleanup, Transportation Services, and Technical Testing & Analysis Services. From the Research and Planning phases of the project, including cost/risk analysis, benchmarking, and laboratory analysis, through Drilling, Wellbore Cleanup, Completion, Waste Management, and lessons learned for continuous improvement, QMax partners with its customers to ensure that they achieve maximum value and profit. Whether it is a “One Trip” cleanup of the wellbore, fit-for-purpose fluid formulations for drilling, achieving a 100% recycle rate of fluids, removing 99% of drill cuttings, or drilling horizontally through coal bed methane, our over 20,000 wells of experience is the foundation for our innovation and growth. Our technical services capabilities cover the breadth of testing for drilling & completion fluids, cuttings testing, brine & water analysis, and conducting classroom-based drilling fluid schools for hundreds of engineers.

QMax has a history of over 20 years of oilfield service experience managing operations around the World. Numerous key customers have benefitted from a tenure of more than 10 years of partnership with QMax and, in several operational areas, QMax has run 100% of the drilling fluids operations for over half of the last decade. QMax has made several acquisitions, all of which increased our customer and geographic coverage, as well as increasing our ability to solve customers’ problems.

With over 1,000 personnel worldwide and over 21,000 square feet (1,951 m2) of lab space in 13 labs in 7 countries, QMax provides customer support at a local level and designs local solutions for drilling needs in that area. This provides the highest value to our customers. Our people and engagement with the customer makes a significant contribution to our customer’s success.
