QMax strives to achieve Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence in providing drilling fluid services, solids control and integrated service solutions to its customers by meeting established objectives and through continuous improvement.


  1. Maintain constant communication with the customers, ensuring 100% compliance with all applicable Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.

  2. Zero stoppage caused by any non-compliance with customer contracts and agreements.

  3. Retain reliable providers in such a way that performance is not affected for our customers.

  4. Zero fines related to failure to meet regulatory compliance or accidents caused by negligence.

  5. Identify 100% of the training needs for the QMax personnel in order to provide opportunities for personal growth and development through constant technical and behavior based training.

  6. Investigate, analyze and implement corrective actions in 100% of incidents and significant risks, including any detected during internal audits or through documented customer complaints, while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.

  7. Establish QHSE objectives, programs, and goals specific to operations, risks and environmental requirements across QMax operations.
